Overview
A global industrial technology enterprise needed a single system to govern software licensing across its customer base — who holds a license to which application, whether it's active or expired, and who changed what and when. TechSchweiz designed and built that system end to end, giving the client's team centralized, real-time visibility instead of tracking licenses application-by-application or customer-by-customer.
Challenge
At the scale of a multinational industrial enterprise, license and compliance tracking stops being a spreadsheet problem and becomes a governance problem: multiple customer accounts, multiple licensed applications, licenses that expire on independent schedules, and an internal expectation that every change to that data is traceable after the fact.
